This is a shot I took of the Roanoke Star around Xmas 2005. This is the picture of the day because my partner in crime Scott is coming to town from Roanoke. We drove up to this spot with my cousin Troy that Xmas, and took some pics. I was playa-hatin’ on Troy’s photography skills, so I took this shot to show him who’s boss. Easy to do with any camera, and the super-bright neon of the star against the night sky made it pop.It was very nostalgic for me, since we used to vacation in Roanoke as a kid.
